Meet Rosalind - our Travel trade Specialist; she is Canadian Travel Certified, known in the Industry as CTC designation. Rosalind works in the Travel Agency business where her priority is “Customer Satisfaction”. Recognized in the top 75 for customer service in North America, she recently celebrated 25 years with an international travel agency where she manages a multi-million dollar branch and remains hands-on in an ever-changing industry. 

Meet Gerry - our Linguistic Expert; Gerald (Gerry) received a B.Sc. in Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and later his MBA  Diploma in Management from McGill University in Montreal. Being raised in New Brunswick, Gerry is fully bilingual in French and English. He is currently a senior development partner with a multi-media company.

Meet Joan - our Wine Tourism Specialist; after receiving a B.Sc. in recreation geography, Joan continued her graduate studies in Tourism Resource management and marketing. She has received Citations of Excellence from government and tourism associations in Atlantic Canada. Her love of fine wine and time spent living in the Okanagan has turned a passion into “Wine Lovers Only”. Joan is now at her final level in ISG's Canadian Wine Diploma.
