TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Wine lovers only reserves the right to cancel this tour should the minimum number of participants not be met. In the unlikely event of cancellation by Wine Lovers Only, a full refund will be issued.

2. Prices include, all portions described in our brochure/website, a destination representative, meals as described for each tour, entrance fees and wine tasting where specified, hotel nights and transportation as specified.

3. Prices do not include; applicable taxes, personal expenses, meals and drinks unless otherwise specified, phone expenses, air transportation or related fees, ground transportation or transfers unless otherwise specified. As well, all gratuities are not included unless otherwise specified.

4. Payments –a deposit of 500.00 per person at time of booking with the balance due 60 days prior to departure of tour.

5. Cancellation charges-all deposits are non-refundable from time of booking. 50% non-refundable between 60-45 days prior to departure of tour, 100% non-refundable less than 45 days prior of departure.

6. INSURANCE COVERAGE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, AVAILABLE AT YOUR LOCAL TRAVEL AGENCIES.

7. Room reservations are based on double occupancy. Single rooms are based on availability and will be charged the applicable single room supplement.

8. All rooms are a designated room type as described in our brochure/website. Any request for a different room type will be charged the applicable fee.

9. Although wine or spirit tasting is optional for all guests, the required legal drinking age, 19 years old in most regions, must be met.

10. Wine Lovers Only is pleased to offer an “Adult Only” wine tour experience.

11. Your privacy is important to us. Please advice us by phone or email if you wish to be excluded for any mail outs/electronic promotions.

13. Travel Documents provided by Wine Lovers Only once final payment has been received. We can provide an electronic form of travel documents at that time. A tour kit will be provided at destination for all participants.
